Returns and Exchanges

Store Return Policy

Jazz Remedy store will gladly accept returns of items purchased from within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed or altered. 

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please do contact us though so we can find out why you were unhappy with your purchase and there may be something we can do. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Return Shipping: At this time, we unfortunately cannot offer return shipping. You are responsible to pay your return shipping costs. If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to be on the safe side.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The amount of time it takes to see a refund varies with each credit card company or bank.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Store Exchange Policy

At this time, exchanges are available for customers in the U.S.  Also at this time, we can only replace items if they are in original condition or defective or damaged upon receipt.  Please send us an email at and send your item to: 136 Greenfield Ave Vallejo California US 94590.

To receive our leggings, t-shirts or mugs in time for the Dec 25th holiday, we recommend you use the chart below as an ordering guideline. Please bear in mind, the sooner you order the better, because as you can imagine, our printing team becomes very busy at this time of year.
